About The Position
As a Vehicle Exchange Sales Associate, you'll contact current vehicle owners and help them upgrade or exchange their existing vehicle for a newer one from our service department. The role focuses on building relationships, identifying customer needs, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers through the vehicle exchange process.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to pass background check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional and positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to earn a high income
- Ability to learn sales techniques and follow a proven process
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using phones, email, and CRM systems

- No prior automotive sales experience is typically required.
