About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Detailer to join their team in Central Oregon. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, willing to learn, and possess good time management skills. This is not an entry-level position, and compensation will be hourly or flat rate based on experience. The role involves maintaining the appearance of new and used vehicles to high standards.

Requirements

• At least one year of detailing experience in a dealership setting, large shop, or detail shop.
• Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models.
• Good driving record and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Washing, polishing, and waxing all new and used vehicles.
• Vacuuming and shampooing vehicle interiors.
• Cleaning and polishing vehicle glass.
• Cleaning engine compartments.
• Touching up chipped surfaces and paint imperfections.
• Chemically treating tires, vinyl, and other surfaces as needed.
• Documenting all work completed to Kendall and manufacturer guidelines.
