Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Previous detailing, car wash, or automotive experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Responsibilities
- Wash, vacuum, clean, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
- Polish, wax, and buff vehicles to enhance appearance and protect finishes
- Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, door jambs, and other vehicle surfaces
- Remove stains, odors, dirt, and debris from vehicle interiors
- Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for showroom display and customer delivery
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation quality prior to display or delivery
- Maintain detailing equipment, supplies, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
- Move, park, and stage vehicles as needed throughout dealership property
- Report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to management
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning products and equipment
