In this role, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and premium customer experience by facilitating online vehicle acquisitions and pickups. This position is crucial to our operations, ensuring smooth vehicle acquisition processes and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Active listener with strong interpersonal skills
- Critical thinker with effective problem-solving abilities
- Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Solid knowledge of vehicle products and features
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems, tools, and technologies
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, frictionless customer experience from first contact through vehicle acquisition
- Facilitate vehicle purchases through our online platform and valuation tools
- Coordinate and manage customer appointments and schedules
- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure accurate documentation
- Guide customers step-by-step through the vehicle acquisition process
- Execute required paperwork, including supporting notary responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and store leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer questions with professionalism and urgency
