About The Position

This position will be in office with the potential for a hybrid work schedule after a probationary period. Day-to-day responsibilities of this position: Answer phone calls for Vehicle Compliance Services call center Respond to incoming questions or complaints via a shared email account; provide information and facilitate resolutions Process payments in a point of sale system Receive, research and process incoming applications for Utah title Verify documents for applicability, completeness, and accuracy Research and enter impounded vehicle records Approval and inspection of state impound yards Assist impound yards and law enforcement in matters relating to towed vehicles Conduct impounded vehicle auctions, includes driving a state vehicle.
