This position will be in office with the potential for a hybrid work schedule after a probationary period. The day-to-day responsibilities include answering phone calls for Vehicle Compliance Services call center, responding to incoming questions or complaints via a shared email account, providing information and facilitating resolutions, processing payments in a point of sale system, receiving, researching and processing incoming applications for Utah title, verifying documents for applicability, completeness, and accuracy, researching and entering impounded vehicle records, approval and inspection of state impound yards, assisting impound yards and law enforcement in matters relating to towed vehicles, and conducting impounded vehicle auctions, which includes driving a state vehicle.
