About The Position

Input accurate vehicle information for registration into the system using a handheld computer (Zebra TC) for each vehicle received at the Auction including: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Stock number. Dealer identification number. Make, model, year, mileage, color, options, etc. Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received. Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Associate and install OBDII tracking device. Direct transporters to proper car drop zone. Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e. assist on sale days driving vehicles through Auction sales lanes, taking photographs of vehicles, preparing condition reports, etc.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Generally less than 2 years’ experience in a related field
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
  • Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
  • Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
  • Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.
