About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Vehicle Capture Specialist / Lot Attendant to join our dealership team! In this high-paced, hands-on role, you’ll be the driving force behind our vehicle organization, presentation, and flow—helping keep our lot looking sharp and our operations running smoothly.

Requirements

photography skills and attention to detail
Interest in automotive photography and vehicle presentation
Valid G Driver’s License
Clean Drivers Abstract
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be comfortable working outdoors

Nice To Haves

Ability to drive manual considered an asset

Responsibilities

Photograph vehicles using standardized processes
Position vehicles in designated photo areas
Capture required exterior angles
Photograph interior, dashboard, and odometer
Highlight key features and options
Maintain consistent image quality and presentation standards
Verify receipt of cars delivered to dealer and parks cars in the lot in a safe and orderly manner
Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice
Inspect cars to detect damage and to verify presence of accessories listed on invoice, such as spare tires and radio and stereo equipment
Record description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt
Assign stock control numbers to cars, and catalogs and stores keys
Re-park cars, following sales, to maximize the use of space and maintain lot in order
Run errands for the dealership, ie: pick up parts or customers, etc.
Clean, protect, and preserve vehicle interiors (i.e., carpet and upholstery, dash and console, door panels, mirrors, glove compartment) and exteriors (i.e., wheels/tires/wheel wells, lower body panels, front grill/bumper), as well as cleaning engine compartments
Perform basic maintenance checks: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
Transfer vehicles from dealership to other dealerships in our Group
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor
