About The Position

Childhelp is a psychiatric residential treatment facility that specializes in the treatment of children aged 5-14 with mild to severe trauma or neglect, psychiatric disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Requirements

Be at least 19 years of age
High School Diploma preferred
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Driver's License in good standing is required

Responsibilities

Maintain the campus fleet and farm equipment and other maintenance activities, ensuring the grounds and facilities remain clean, attractive, and well maintained.
Ensure the operational readiness, safety, and reliability of a diverse fleet including automobiles, trucks, farm machinery, and small engine equipment.
Transition from the shop to the field to operate and maintain equipment year-round.
Perform basic building maintenance.
Perform work orders consistent with the individual’s ability, such as general building maintenance, minor electrical repairs, minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, grounds maintenance/irrigation if needed, and new construction.
