About The Position

The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist will source and acquire high-quality used vehicles through private sellers, trade-ins, and the dealership's network of customers. This role involves evaluating vehicle condition, history, and market value to make informed purchasing decisions, maintaining proper inventory levels based on sales trends and market demand, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with dealership standards. The specialist will work closely with sales and service teams to align inventory with customer needs.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Previous experience as an automotive buyer, appraiser, or related role preferred.
• "Earn customers for life" mentality.
• Strong understanding of used vehicle market trends and values.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with tools like vAuto, VIN Solutions, and dealership management systems is a plus.
