Requirements

• Knowledge of cars, including brands, trims, packages, mileage, common issues, title status, and current market value.
• Experience in auction lanes, appraising trade-ins, or auto sales.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Clear and honest communication skills with private sellers.
• Ability to negotiate firmly but fairly.
• High standards of integrity.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Nice To Haves

• Backgrounds in auction buying/running, used car buying, vehicle appraisal, auto sales, service advising, wholesaling, or detailing.
• Serious car enthusiasts and flippers ready to go professional.

Responsibilities

• Scrolling online marketplaces (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, KSL, AutoTrader, Cars.com) for private-party listings.
• Contacting sellers, asking relevant questions, and identifying potential vehicles.
• Inspecting vehicles, analyzing numbers, and making offers.
• Closing deals, including handling titles, bills of sale, and payments.
• Coordinating vehicle transportation to the dealership, either by using a provided trailer or arranging for drivers.
• Meeting monthly acquisition targets on an increasing scale per car bought.
