About The Position

Capitol Chevrolet is looking for a driven, high-energy Vehicle Acquisition Manager who knows how to create opportunity out of every customer interaction. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role—this is a front-line, in-the-drive, lead-generating, deal-creating position. If you can talk to anyone, build value fast, and convert conversations into inventory and sales, this is a high-income opportunity.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales experience REQUIRED
  • Strong communicator with the ability to approach and engage customers confidently
  • Self-motivated
  • Comfortable working the service lane and handling objections on the spot
  • Ability to multi-task, follow up, and close

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with KBB ICO, equity mining, or lead generation is a BIG PLUS

Responsibilities

  • Set up daily in the service lane and engage every customer in the drive
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade, trade, or purchase vehicles
  • Work closely with service advisors to turn ROs into deals
  • Create urgency and excitement around upgrading into a newer vehicle
  • Proactively acquire vehicles for our used car department
  • Work KBB Instant Cash Offer leads to purchase vehicles directly from customers
  • Contact and follow up with leads to set appointments and close acquisitions
  • Appraise vehicles and partner with management to secure deals
  • Mine Automotive Mastermind daily for equity and upgrade opportunities
  • Identify high-probability customers and drive them into the dealership
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
