Vehicle Accessory Fitter
About The Position
This role is for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for motoring and experience working with cars, either professionally or as a hobby. The successful candidate will work on customers' vehicles in the car park, delivering market-leading service by fitting a wide range of car parts and technology. Responsibilities include carrying out service and repair work and helping to develop other team members. The company emphasizes high-quality standards and invests heavily in training to support career development within Retail or other Group areas. The position requires a practical problem-solver with confidence in motoring and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Experience of car parts fitting, including completing basic car maintenance such as bulbs, blades, batteries
- Experience of sharing expertise with others
- Experience of delivering great customer service ideally in a retail sales or automotive based environment
- A proactive approach to helping customers
- Problem solving skills
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
