Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience with Product Ownership with Agile Project Management and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development)
Minimum 2 years of experience with Pharma R&D Clinical Systems (Veeva Vault)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

Driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach.
Shaping and managing the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants.
Validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions, and providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
