About The Position

This role involves providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva CRM Suite Applications, covering the full System Development Life Cycle. The consultant will be responsible for developing and reviewing enhancements, aligning with the support team on issues, and guiding offshore teams. The position requires strong communication skills, self-drive, and proactivity in suggesting solutions.

Requirements

• Min 5-8 years of Experience in providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva CRM Suite Applications.
• Experience in full System Development Life Cycle (Proposal, Process Engineering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support).
• Knowledge in Application Design and Development using Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Configurations, Veeva Vault SDK and Veeva Vault Platform configuration.
• Experience in Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Network, Veeva Open data, Veeva Align, Veeva Engage or Veeva Events Management.
• Experience with large project management and Salesforce Based implementations.
• Migration, Agile experience and comfortable using Agile tools like Jira.
• Experience with REST Web-services and messaging/streaming solutions.
• Good Communication skills.
• Should be self-driven and work towards results.
• Proactive in suggesting solutions to client.

Nice To Haves

• Cloud implementation is a plus.
• Scrum master certification is a plus.
• AJAX, JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Develop and Review enhancements and new implementation requests from customer.
• Align with Support Team on current issues and initiate problem management.
• Being the onsite lead, guide the offshore team for technical aspects/ converting functional requirements to technical.
• Prepare and update application related documentation (SOP, Operational Instructions, User Manuals .)
