Requirements

Active TS clearance (with SCI Eligibility) and eligibility to obtain CI Poly
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience or a combination of experience and education
Experience providing engineering support for legacy and current versions of Citrix products.
Progressive roles from Administrator to Sr. Engineer
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later
Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS)
Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
Citrix Netscaler / ADC / VPX
Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM)
Citrix App Layering
Liquidware Profile Unity
Hyper V, VMWare VDI (Microsoft or Citrix NetScalers / ADCs)
Familiar with HP AnyConnect and Leostream

Nice To Haves

Intelligence Community Experience preferred
Experience managing and administering Windows Server clustering
Experience with Infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.
System Center Virtual Machine Manager/Vmware Vcenter 6.7

Responsibilities

Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of a large, globally accessed virtual desktop environment.
Serve as the SME in troubleshooting all related performance issues across the organization.
Provide TIER 3/4 support to system administrators in order to resolve VDI issues.
Provide guidance on optimization of desktops for platform interoperability and act as liaison between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies.
Offer endpoint support on issues and trouble resolution tasks on Virtual Desktop related tasks.
Maintain advanced knowledge relative to administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies.
Operate across multiple and complex production environments with multiple stakeholders.
Apply extensive technical expertise and have full knowledge of other related disciplines.
Conduct trade studies and make recommendations on solutions and "make buy" decisions.
