About The Position

Haskell’s Construction & Manufacturing Team supports delivery groups and projects throughout the United States, providing field management personnel, logistical support, and ongoing training. The team works collaboratively on construction projects to build facilities and solve job-site challenges. The VDC Specialist I uses Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies and project management methods to support model data extraction for quantity takeoffs and estimating, constructability reviews, design coordination using automated clash detection, and construction sequencing animations for pre-construction planning. The role develops and maintains integrated project coordination models, supports virtual collaboration, converts 2D drawings into 3D Revit models, provides model-based layout coordinates to field teams, processes laser-scan point clouds, and creates construction sequence animations. Experience with Revit and/or Navisworks is desired.
