About The Position

The firm offers services including Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual & Augmented Reality, Digital Twins, and Enterprise Software Application Development. They work on large-scale projects such as Apple's new headquarters, Virgin Hyperloop One, and various airport and stadium developments. The team comprises leading VDC professionals, technologists, architects, and engineers passionate about problem-solving and learning. This role is for an Operations Manager for their Electrical BIM Studio, focusing on shaping how global teams operate and ensuring client success. It is a central role in delivery, performance, and innovation, driving systems and workflows that translate BIM into real-world impact.

Requirements

• Experience improving workflows, operations, or delivery processes in a technical environment
• Leadership and managerial experience to lead and manage a team with diverse roles and responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
• Interest in construction technology, BIM, or digital delivery environments
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and measurable results
• US work authorization is required

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize workflows that improve team efficiency and delivery speed
• Standardize processes to ensure consistent, high-quality BIM outputs
• Partner with technical leaders to align tools, systems, and delivery methods
• Translate BIM deliverables into measurable client value (cost, safety, coordination)
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across global teams
• Collaborate with team members across the U.S., Philippines, India, and Poland
• Identify personnel needs and work with recruitment team to develop a scalable and structured team to meet growing business needs
• Manage various operational teams and create strong collaboration processes between the teams
• Pilot new tools and operational improvements to elevate performance
