About The Position

VIATechnik is seeking a VDC Manager to lead digital coordination for Mechanical & Plumbing (M&P) modeling and coordination on high-impact projects nationwide. This remote role involves delivering fabrication-ready models, mentoring a VDC team, and collaborating with senior leaders to innovate digital construction execution. Requirements

• US work authorization is required.
• Have led VDC or BIM coordination efforts in MEP or M&P-intensive projects from design to fabrication and installation.
• Are confident managing project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and technical execution.
• Want to coach and scale a technical team while evolving workflows.
• Can bring structure and leadership to a remote, fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Mechanical & Plumbing (M&P) modeling and coordination across high-impact projects nationwide.
• Deliver fabrication-ready models.
