The Role: Lead digital coordination at the front edge of virtual construction. We're hiring a VDC Manager to lead complex Mechanical & Plumbing (M&P) modeling and coordination across high-impact projects nationwide. This leadership role offers the chance to deliver fabrication-ready models, mentor a growing VDC team, and collaborate with senior technical leaders to reshape how digital construction is executed.

Requirements

• US work authorization is required.
• Have led VDC or BIM coordination efforts in MEP or M&P-intensive projects from design to fabrication and installation.
• Confident managing project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and technical execution.
• Want to coach and scale a technical team while evolving workflows.
• Can bring structure and leadership to a remote, fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital coordination at the front edge of virtual construction.
• Lead complex Mechanical & Plumbing (M&P) modeling and coordination across high-impact projects nationwide.
• Deliver fabrication-ready models.
• Mentor a growing VDC team.
• Collaborate with senior technical leaders to reshape how digital construction is executed.
• Identify and implement new software, tools and automation in VDC workflows to drive industry change.
• Influence construction timelines, budget certainty, and field installation success.
