VDC/BIM Coordinator
About The Position
We have a customer based in Tempe, AZ who has an IMMEDIATE opening for a BIM/VDC Coordinator for a large project based in El Paso, TX that must be worked ON-SITE. In this role you will work as a BIM/VDC Coordinator for a large construction firm that is involved in a large Water and Waste Water Treatment faciltiy project. In this role you will lead BIM coordination using NAVISWORKS for mainly process piping and MEP, build federated models, lead BIM/clash meetings with up to 30-40 participants including MEP group leaders, trades, Project Managers, owners, etc. This is a long-term TEMP-HIRE or DIRECT HIRE position for well-qualified candidates. Candidate must work on site for this position.
Requirements
- BS or AAS Degree or similar with 3-5 years+ experience in BIM/VDC Coordination
- Must have proficiency with NAVISWORKS, AUTOCAD and ideally REVIT
- Experience with large MEP Construction projects, Process piping, water treament facilities
- Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
