About The Position
The client is seeking a Lead VDC/BIM Coordinator for a direct hire, long-term role in the mechanical contracting/construction industry. This position will be responsible for design with Revit on mechanical projects. The role requires on-site work initially, with a transition to a hybrid schedule.
Requirements
- Revit experience
- 5-10 years of experience

- Experience in the mechanical contracting/construction industry
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage 3D models and construction documentation
- Coordinate clash detection
- Assist in the development of design and construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
- Create Bill of Materials
- Attend coordination meetings
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure alignment and coordination of project deliverables
