About The Position

As a VBDC sales agent, you are the first contact of web customers who have shown an interest in a new or used vehicle. Your goal is to understand their needs and convince them to come to the dealership.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to produce engaging, thoughtful and relevant content for press releases and bylines.
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • Sense of initiative, adaptability, meticulousness, and good judgment.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience and ability to identify a sales opportunity.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align teams to work towards common goals.
  • Automotive industry expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving and exceeding the VBDC’s objectives with respect to customer service standards, sales objectives, call duration and other objectives.
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times: on the phone and in emails.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
