Job Summary: Responsible for processing Commercial deposits and orders. Assures distribution of incoming and outgoing courier work is handled accurately and timely. Assists with specialized customer processes as needed. Follows established procedures for maintaining balance limits set within the Vault. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s character qualities. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality according to INTRUST’s Character Qualities Provide a friendly, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional customer experience. Performs high dollar teller transactions Scan work for image branch capture in a timely manner according to procedure. Handles all transactions with the highest degree of security and confidentiality. Consistent use of good judgment to protect customers and INTRUST Bank; protect the integrity of bank documents and customer confidentiality. Must be able to follow directions and perform various job-related tasks. Able to process deposits accurately and efficiently and/or change orders within standard time frames while following policies and procedures. Responds to internal customers for pick-up and delivery of change orders etc.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and 1+ years of related job experience required
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Basic knowledge of computers and other office equipment with ability to operate 10-key by touch
  • Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and must be able to exercise good judgment
  • Climbing of stairs, crouching, crawling, and kneeling required
  • Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Must be able to push and pull cart holding up to 100 pounds of weight on a regular basis
  • Must be able to stoop and bend
  • Must be able to hear and speak clearly both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Must be able to use hands to key information and handle objects

  • Vault experience preferred.
