Vault Processor - Warehouse

About The Position

Brink’s U.S. is seeking Vault Personnel to perform cash accounting and processing work at branch locations. The role verifies inbound and outbound liability, processes bank deposits, prepares cash shipments and replenishments, and helps ensure accurate reporting and the security of employees, the vault, and company assets. The position is fast-paced and requires customer service, data entry, and bookkeeping or record-keeping abilities. The shift starts at 2:00 pm. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Have data entry skills.
Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Have a valid firearms permit or be able to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
Be able to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
Be able to work collaboratively in branch locations.
Satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

Nice To Haves

Experience in at least one of the following: cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, or cashier/teller work.
Military background.

Responsibilities

Guard and maintain the safety and security of employees, the vault, and liability.
Prepare outbound orders and replenishments for the next day’s routes.
Monitor the performance of processes and machines to ensure efficiency.
Enter data for all liability transactions.
Generate and maintain daily records and reports.
Verify bank deposits and prepare cash shipments.
Perform other duties as directed.
Guard liability and assets.
