Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in retail banking, teller operations, branch services, or a related financial services role
- Strong cash-handling, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and member service skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability
Nice To Haves
- Experience with banking systems and digital financial tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member service while assisting with transactions, accounts, and financial needs
- Open new memberships and accounts and connect members with appropriate products and services
- Manage daily branch vault operations, including cash ordering, balancing, reconciliation, and distribution
- Maintain accurate cash levels for teller drawers, ATMs, and other branch cash points
- Ensure cash handling, vault security, and dual-control procedures are consistently followed
