Responsible for company assets on an assigned shift. This role requires adherence to all gaming regulations, preparation of daily deposits, counting drops from Hardcount & Softcount, and reconciling various financial transactions including Jackpots, Fills, tickets, and coupons. The position also involves posting daily cash summaries, managing Kiosks, providing chip fills & credits to the Blackjack pit, maintaining Table Games Summary, and preparing EME’s for Vault Cashiers. Forwarding original documents to Accounting, working all positions as needed, and preparing W2-G and 1099 forms are also key duties. The role includes maintaining logs for Title 31 requirements, accounting for all currency received or exchanged, and staying knowledgeable about property events. Maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to Native American Culture are essential. The position operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual, Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and other applicable regulations, ensuring the security of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe assets.
