About The Position

United Vein & Vascular Centers is seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer to join its expanding team. The role supports physicians and clinic staff in delivering vein and vascular care using minimally invasive treatments and state-of-the-art technology. The technologist performs ordered duplex ultrasound examinations and other imaging studies, assists with procedures, evaluates patients, completes reports, maintains equipment, and helps ensure efficient patient flow. The role also requires promoting UVVC’s core values and protecting patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.

Requirements

• Hold RVT, RVS, or RPhS certification, or be eligible to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Maintain vascular ultrasound credentials and earn CME hours.
• Hold Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification from the AHA.
• Have a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of vascular ultrasound experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician during endovenous laser ablation and microphlebectomy procedures.
• Perform ordered duplex ultrasound examinations and other imaging studies.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Conduct patient evaluations, complete reports, and maintain equipment.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
