About The Position

Noninvasive Vascular Laboratory is recruiting a Registered Vascular Technologist to be a part of our team. We are a private, full service vascular laboratory as part of Vascular Surgery Group, serving inpatient and outpatient environments for board certified vascular surgeons, hospitalists and a wide outpatient referral base. The position is Per Diem with rotating days/shifts. You will be given the opportunity to learn and grow in the company as you demonstrate proficiency and responsibility. Noninvasive Vascular Laboratory is based in San Leandro, CA and serves many communities of the San Francisco East Bay. The opportunities are endless, and the weather is unbeatable.

Requirements

Graduate of a well-established program
RVT (or eligible)
Good transducer wielding skills
Firm knowledge of anatomy, physiology, hemodynamics and pathology
Passionate about vascular technology
Work well as part of a team
Outstanding professionalism and customer service skills
Strong computing and keyboarding skills

Responsibilities

Perform non-invasive vascular testing including, but not limited to, cerebrovascular, upper and lower extremity arterial duplex and physiologic evaluation, upper and lower venous duplex, abdominal and renal artery, dialysis access evaluation and preoperative vein mapping.
Have close interactions with the vascular surgeons and provide invaluable input to them.
