About The Position

Carondelet Medical Group (CMG) is seeking a Vascular Surgery Physician to join their established multi-specialty group in Southern Arizona. This is a full-time, employed position with a stable, physician-led organization. The role offers a balanced weekly schedule with a mix of clinic, OR, and inpatient rounding. As the first or newest vascular surgeon, you will have the opportunity to build a vascular surgery program with institutional backing and a collaborative team. CMG handles the business aspects, allowing the physician to focus on patient care. The position offers access to advanced surgical facilities and a dedicated clinical support team, along with robust referral support from integrated cardiology, interventional, and electrophysiology specialists. In-house marketing and business development support will assist in growing the patient panel, and leadership opportunities are available.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification in Vascular Surgery required
• Eligible for or currently holding an Arizona medical license
• Minimum of 3 years of post-training experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular surgeries
• Conduct clinic visits
• Engage in inpatient rounding
• Participate in weekday and weekend call coverage
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to the growth of the vascular surgery program
• Participate in practice decision-making
