Atrium Health Navicent is recruiting an Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA) to join Atrium Health Navicent Vascular Surgery team in Central Georgia. Proudly boasts an STS 3-star Heart and Vascular Center which houses cardiac catheterization labs, dedicated state of the art operating rooms, hybrid OR Cath lab, EP lab, CVICU, and a cardiac rehabilitation center; all staffed by a dedicated team of highly skilled APPs, nurses, and support personal.
Requirements
- For Nurse Practitioners: Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master Degree in Nursing.
- For Nurse Practitioners: Certification/License/Registration: Must maintain a current RN and APRN license to practice in the State of Georgia.
- For Physician Assistants: Education: Must be a graduate of an accreditedPhysician Assistant program.
- For Physician Assistants: Certification/License/Registration: Current license to practice in the State of Georgia and Board Certified in specialty.

- Familiarity with Vascular and Endovascular proceduresa plus
Responsibilities
- Must demonstrate competence in their practice setting and must be able to perform with a high degree of accuracy to reduce errors in judgment related to care of patients.
- Must obtain required CEU's in care of patients in the care setting each renewal period.
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Must be able to work irregular schedules dependent upon needs of patients.
