Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Current license to practice medicine in any state.
- Must have DEA.
- Must be board certified.
Responsibilities
- Physician(s) care shall cover the range of Vascular Surgery services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art health care facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceedingly currently recognized national standards.
