About The Position

MultiCare is seeking a staff Registered Nurse to join its hospital-based vascular access team. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP certification, as required by the facility or department.
• Adult experience.
• Ultrasound-guided PICC access experience.
• Current competency in PICC.
• Vascular access experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
• Certification in a specialty area.
• One year of experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating care on an ongoing basis.
• Apply nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process and in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients and families, nursing staff, and members of the health care team.
