About The Position

As a VAS Associate, you will join a dedicated team at our Millcreek Distribution Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. You will report to the VAS Supervisor during the AM shift, which runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. It takes great people to achieve greatness. People with a sense of purpose and integrity. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• 1-2 years experience in a distribution environment
• Must be flexible and able to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision
• Must be flexible for overtime and weekend to meet business demands
• Strong attention to detail is mandatory
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Must have good manual dexterity
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible team player
• Consistently punctual and reliable, supporting team success.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
• Assist with quality assurance processes as needed to ensure product excellence.
• Build and assemble product displays according to customer specifications and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with team members to support shared goals and deliver strong results.
