About The Position
The Varsity Videographer will produce quality and engaging video content for various purposes, including social media promotion and an Awards night video. This role involves documenting the team's season, game by game, and capturing the essence of varsity soccer, volleyball, and basketball games.
Requirements
- Experience in sports videography.
- Focused and attentive, with a strong attention to detail.
- Spontaneous and creative, taking pride in their work.
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently with limited supervision.
- Responsible, punctual, and mature.
- Attentive to the diversity of culture and gender sensitivities.
Nice To Haves
- A portfolio of your work would be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Owns a camera and has access to the necessary equipment.
- Captures the many plays of a game from start to finish.
- Positions themselves accordingly so as not to interfere with game play.
- Ability to turn over videos within 48 hours.
- Available to attend all varsity home games.
- Other duties as assigned.
Benefits
- $20 per hour plus editing time
