About The Position

The Syracuse City School District is seeking a dedicated and diverse team of educators to partner with them in achieving their goals of improving student achievement. The district serves approximately 19,000 students Pre-K–12 across 35 schools and programs. The high school level (freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity teams) stresses the development of academics, goal setting, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship, with a focus on refining skills and achieving success.

Responsibilities

Coach the Varsity Soccer team.
Develop student athletes' skills, academics, goal setting, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.
Prepare the team for high school level competition.
Ensure efficient team and individual effort.
Work with student athletes in grades 7-12.
