Laurel lives our mission: to inspire each girl (and small boy) to fulfill her/his promise and to better the world. Laurel School is currently seeking a head varsity swimming coach. Laurel has had a long history of success in our swimming program with several trips to states over the past 15 years. The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge of swimmer development for high school swimmers and be able to plan and execute practice sessions while having the necessary skills to train the team. Experience swimming and/or coaching at the collegiate level preferred. The varsity swim head coach will report directly to the Director of Athletics and will be responsible for developing the entire swimming program from Middle School through the High School level. This person will also be responsible for carrying out all activities necessary to accomplish the objectives of this sport within the guidelines of the OHSAA.
