About The Position

Lansing Catholic High School is seeking a Varsity Girls Basketball Head Coach. The ideal candidate will be able to support the mission of Lansing Catholic High School, which is to form students spiritually, intellectually, and socially into faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. This role involves planning, organizing, and teaching basketball fundamentals and techniques, as well as implementing a virtue-based coaching system that promotes trust, hard work, loyalty, and integrity. The coach will also be responsible for organizing clinics and sports camps for younger athletes, demonstrating leadership qualities such as a positive attitude, energy, and sportsmanship, and effectively communicating with parents and the Athletic Department. Flexibility with daily schedules to accommodate diverse practice times is also required.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of high school Basketball coaching experience recommended.
• In-depth knowledge of the game of Basketball.

Responsibilities
