About The Position

This role involves leading the end-to-end implementation of Varicent ICM solutions, including designing and architecting scalable, secure, and efficient systems. The position focuses on automating and optimizing sales compensation processes, integrating Varicent with related systems like Sales Planning and CRM, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. The Technical Architect will conduct requirements workshops, develop data models, workflows, and webforms, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and database design. Additionally, the role requires providing technical leadership, supporting system operations and enhancements, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with teams using Agile methodologies, maintaining documentation quality, and training end-users.
