About The Position

The VAO Product Operations Specialist supports product performance and operational efficiency through data analysis, reporting, and administrative coordination of updates related to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This role plays a critical part in supporting large-scale updates across 800+ VAO publications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution. The position combines data-driven insights with detailed operational support to help optimize business processes and maintain high-quality product data. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience supporting customer enablement initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of updates across 800+ VAO publications in alignment with RFO requirements
  • Manage and track RFO-related updates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance checks across publications and systems
  • Maintain and update internal tracking tools, documentation, and reporting related to RFO progress
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely completion of updates
  • Monitor progress and provide status reporting on RFO-related initiatives
  • Assist in evaluating and improving operational processes related to product delivery and publication management
  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability of large-volume content and data updates
