About The Position

As a part-time Van Driver with Viability, you will provide safe and reliable transportation for individuals with disabilities so they can attend their day programs. You will help ensure vehicles are safe and in good working condition, complete required paperwork, and treat passengers and customers with courtesy, dignity, and respect.

The position pays $22.00 per hour and offers a $500 sign-on bonus: $250 after completing the first week of training and another $250 after successfully completing the first 90 days. The role follows a split-shift schedule, approximately 6:30 AM–9:00 AM and 2:30 PM–5:00 PM. Interviews are held at a walk-in event at 60 Brookdale Drive, Springfield, Massachusetts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a split-shift schedule, approximately 6:30 AM–9:00 AM and 2:30 PM–5:00 PM.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license held for at least 2–3 years.
• Good driving record.
• Successfully complete required pre-employment screenings, including a DOT physical examination, drug screening, criminal background check, fingerprinting, and driver history record review.
