About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews, supporting railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role has full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules. The starting pay rate is $16.31.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Hold a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Be able to communicate and write in English.

- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
