About The Position
Join our compassionate team providing door-to-door transportation for elderly and special needs individuals. This is a meaningful job outside the corporate world where you can make a real impact in your community. This is NOT a school bus route - no 7D license required. The schedule is Monday through Friday only, with all 5 days needed. There are no nights or weekends. The position offers a split-shift schedule (AM and PM runs), with midday hours potentially available. This role is approximately 20 hours/week, with the potential for additional hours.
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- 3+ years of Massachusetts driving experience or contiguous state to Massachusetts
- Clean driving record (RMV reports will be checked)
- Experience with elderly or special needs individuals (Personal or professional experience qualifies)
- Clean CORI
- Federal fingerprinting required
- Pre-employment full panel substance screening (includes THC)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Physically able to assist passengers to/from vehicles
