About The Position

Bus Drivers Primary Function: To provide safe and efficient transportation so that students may enjoy the fullest possible advantage from the district’s curriculum and extracurricular program. You will be responsible for your morning route and afternoon route, five days a week. You will also be able to pick from extra runs that become available from week to week.

Requirements

• High School diploma preferred.
• Required driving certifications by the State of Michigan.
• Ability to maneuver large buses efficiently and safely.
• Ability to relate to students, staff, and community members.

Nice To Haves

• Previous bus driving experience preferred.
• PAID training provided by BC Transportation Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient transportation for students.
• Responsible for morning and afternoon routes, five days a week.
• Opportunity to pick up extra runs as they become available.
