About The Position

The server must provide friendly, efficient service of food and beverages desired by guests, and collect payment for such items. This role is for a Summer Seasonal Beach Shuttle driver for Hotel LBI, operating from 10 am to 6 pm. Weekends and holidays are a must. This is a PT or FT Seasonal position for June, July, and August. The driver must have a clean driving record from the DMV. The pay is $15.92 plus tips.

Implements and practices guest service initiatives and performs to Hotel LBI & Gulph Creek Hotel Standards
Drive the Hotel Shuttle to all authorized pick up/drop off locations. At Ship Bottom 9th Street Beach
Comply/Maintain at all times driver safety regulations using best practices while performing all driving operations.
Provide attentive service, focusing on guests’ needs.
Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Hotel LBI & Gulph Creek standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
Comply at all times with Gulph Creek standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
