About The Position

Apply your outgoing personality and ability to connect with others to create memorable guest experiences! As a Van Driver, you will be the first impression for our guests upon arrival and the last impression as they depart hotel. Your ability to provide safe transportation while engaging with our guests is essential. This position is for a Part Time Weekend Driver. This person will have a set schedule of 5a-1pm Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements

• Class B Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive, read, write, type and use basic technology
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Transport and ensure prompt pickup or delivery of guests and their belongings.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel facilities and the surrounding neighborhood in order to answer guest questions and make local recommendations for places of interest.
• Handle all guest complaints, questions or requests efficiently and satisfactorily.
• Ensure the van(s) are clean, in good condition and have adequate gasoline at all times.
• Assist in other departments of the hotel based on business demands and hotel needs.
