About The Position

The Van Driver position is responsible for transporting Center Residents to prearranged physician and/or dialysis appointments and/or to transport Residents on scheduled outings arranged by the Center. This role requires the driver to maintain the vehicle in good condition, ensure all necessary documentation is current, and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

Valid Texas Driver's License
Pass inquiry from DMV of driving record
No outstanding criminal/civil citations
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Current CPR Training Card
Ability to read, write and speak the English language

Responsibilities

Transport Center Residents to prearranged physician and/or dialysis appointments.
Transport Residents on scheduled outings arranged by the Center.
Maintain all required vehicle documents for operation, including ownership information, proof of insurance, and maintenance logs.
Ensure vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance are always current.
Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle (exterior and interior).
Ensure the vehicle is in good repair and in full compliance with all recommended maintenance.

Enforce the company's Clinical Policies and Procedures for Abuse Prevention.
