About The Position

This is a combination job including activity assistant and van driver. It is a part time position (16 - 24 hours a week). The schedule is 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM. As a Transporter - Van Driver, you play a key role in patient satisfaction and well-being. You are responsible for transporting residents to and from medical appointments and off-site activities in a company van. As the Life Enrichment - Activities Assistant, you play a key role in patient satisfaction and well-being. You assist the Live Enrichment Director in planning and executing activities to enrich the lives of patients within the facility. You make one-on-one visits with patients and encourage participation in various activities. You interact with volunteers. You may be required to transport patients to scheduled events away from the facility.

Requirements

Possess a current driver’s license and good driving record.
Pass physical examination given in behalf of gainful employment within the facility.
Pass through required orientation and training.
Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
Must be 21 years or older.
