About The Position

As a Van Controller within GSF Car Parts, you will play an important part in ensuring that we continue to commit to our sales promise by coordinating delivery runs and ensuring delivery drivers continuously provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Experience of motivating a diverse team
Customer focussed, driven to achieve and willing to go the extra mile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to train and develop others
Must have held a driving licence for a minimum of 3 years
Geographical knowledge of area within a 40 mile radius

Responsibilities

Managing the driver team
Co-ordinate delivery runs and orders in the most cost effective way
Ensure vans deliver on time
Control and Coordinate branch fleet maintenance and servicing
Ensure the delivery team can deliver the branches customer service standards
