Requirements

Ability to read and write
Ability to weld
Ability to use cutting torch
Ability to drive forklift
Adhere to and comprehend safety specs
Basic knowledge of computers
Must be able to work all shifts and weekends when needed
Ability to read blueprints
Standing: Ability to stand while working 85% of day
Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods of time to perform computer, Maintenance, and research 15% of day
Moving: Ability to move throughout plant 5% of day
Lifting: Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. 3% of day
Ascending/Descending: Ability to walk upstairs and climb ladder 2% of day
Push/Pull/Reach: Transporting work bench to worksite, positioning machinery parts, pulling wires through conduit. Must be able to push/pull + 45 pounds. Must be able to reach + 18 inches to obtain parts in supply room or on bench and access all equipment while troubleshooting. 4% of day
Bending: Ability to pick up objects from the floor 5% of day
Visual Acuity: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens. 100% of day
Cognitive: Alert. Able to make decisions, reason, and understand information. 100% of day
